COMMISSIONS
Purchase of Waldorf Astoria Residences Costa Rica Punta Cacique property by any client properly registered by you as a Licensed Referring Broker and accepted into the Waldorf Astoria Residences Costa Rica Punta Cacique Prospective Purchaser Database will result in the following commissions paid: three percent of the net commissionable purchase price as set forth in the Purchase and Sale Agreement (“Broker’s Commission”). Commissions shall be paid and are subject to closing of the property.
